A Steaming Hotpot Night
Last night, I invited my parents over for hot pot at my place. Simple and cozy. I shared a small drink with my dad and chatted about my mom's recent Chongqing Three Gorges cruise trip. She mentioned there were scams everywhere, with constant extra charges, but thankfully, she didn’t buy anything. While enjoying some drunken crabs marinated in Huadiao wine for 30 hours, I got unanimous praise from both of them. It’s crab season at Yangcheng Lake, and I’ve been feasting on crabs almost every day lately!
