I didn't miss the golden late autumn in Kashgar after all. Walking along the banks of the Tuman River, I found the golden poplars glowing in the soft autumn light.

By the Donghu Lake, the Ferris wheel's reflection danced on the water, adding a dreamy feel to the whole scene. Just walking here, taking in the sights, feels perfect and peaceful. This is my 38th trip to Xinjiang.

Traveling solo, I feel a deep sense of freedom in the journey. Without any rush, I can fully enjoy each place at my own pace, noticing the little details that make each visit unique.

There’s a special charm to Xinjiang’s landscapes, especially in autumn. The contrast of golden leaves against clear blue skies and the quiet beauty of these moments make it a memorable experience every time. Each trip is a reminder of how vast and varied this region is, offering new views and feelings. I look forward to coming back again, discovering more of Xinjiang’s beauty, and cherishing these moments of solitude and exploration.
