I'm so glad this contest got to me. Because I followed this page and I read every single one of the posts and then I found something interesting here. Heart disease is the deadliest disease in the world and my country (Indonesia) is at the top of the list (no. 1) of the dead from heart disease.

We live in modern times, where we want to be all about everything, to get anywhere near us, we would rather use a motorcycle than walk, plus food, we would rather eat fast food because we want to be fast and practical. Few know, however, that fast food contains very high calories and fat. If consumed excessively, this type of food can quickly put on weight. People who consume fast food are highly susceptible to obesity.

Moreover, high levels of fat in fast food can also cause increased cholesterol in the blood. This contributes to the risk of heart disease.

And contaminated air caused by cigarette smoke, industrial and vehicular smoke causes heart disease to rise fatally and rapidly.
Did you know that heart disease is also often referred to as cardiovascular disease and according to the who (world health organization) data, 17.9 million people in the world die every year from cardiovascular disease, and that is because of blood clotting.
