Healthy Sugar (PowerUp 100%)

On a busy hot day, I was out on the streets with a friend of mine. The work that we were doing was time taking. So while we waited outside an office, we had to kill our time somehow. As the day was hot and humid, we searched for anything that could give us some freshness. Roaming around the streets we came across a sugarcane juice seller. and we both knew that we had to have it.

The cart vendors keep sugarcane sticks with them. Whenever an order is placed, the vendor extracts the juice out of those sticks and serves it with black salt and lemon squeezed in it. It is organic and delightful.

In the photographs, you can see the sugarcane getting squeezed between the metallic rollers. The sticks are repeatedly folded and squeezed until they have extracted a considerable amount of juice. A half slit lemon is also placed among the sticks to enhance the flavour.

In case you are wondering that how the vendor manages to keep his hands from those rollers, it is because they are skilled in their work. I have put a gif below so that you can enjoy their skillfulness.
