New Year's Eve celebration on the train
Friends, have any of you celebrated the New Year on the train? I've never been so lucky yet. But this year, on the morning of January 1, I put my wife on the train and sent her on a long journey. She went to visit our children for a week. First, she went North to her son, and then they will go to her daughter in Moscow.
I looked at the people getting off the train and didn't envy them. They didn't have joy on their face. They got off the train and asked where they could buy food. But on the morning of January 1, the shops were closed.
The train was going to St. Petersburg. In terms of time, it's about another 26 hours.
