The World of XPILAR - CITYSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY - Wednesday evening walk
A couple of days ago I took an evening walk as usual. But I went for a walk earlier than usual, when it was still light. While walking, I met a diesel locomotive that was doing some maneuvers. Usually, such locomotives are called "shunting".
I remembered about a contest by @mister-omortson, I had an iPhone XR in my hands and I decided that I wanted to take some photos. My son-in-law loves the railway and everything connected with it - diesel locomotives, electric locomotives, various wagons. Of course, the first thing I sent these photos to him.
But today I decided to show them on Steemit.
But first I decided to process them a little with Lightroom.
I decided to transform the sky a little. To do this, I decided to use special styles. I chose the "pre-storm sky".
I like Adobe. They have implemented Artificial Intelligence into their products. I have a license with a subscription to Adobe products and it gives great opportunities. I can pick up the styles of other users myself and apply them to the processing of my photos, but I can ask Artificial Intelligence to take over this work and then it will pick up all the particularly suitable styles for me. I took exactly the style that had the photo processing settings I needed. I could have tried to do it myself, but the AI helped me save time.
I leave the locomotives behind me and looked towards the river. Yes, it's spring. The river was freed from ice very unexpectedly this year, it happened very early. I don't really like it. But I hope that spring will not be very long, as it was in 2021.
Perhaps that's all I wanted to say.
I will add that for a year now Russia has been living in opposition to almost the whole world. This imposes its own big troubles. I can't pay for my Adobe subscription, for example. It's not about the price, the fact is that Visa and MasterCard cards are not accepted for payment. And Adobe has no other payment method. It would be great if cryptocurrency was accepted.
Oh, yes, I want to show the original photo.
Friends, thank you for your attention.

"Shunting"! You brought back memories.
My family had a scrap metal dealership and we had a side railway line on our premises from where we would load the steel into railway wagons. It will then go off to a company that would melt them down. A highlight for me was watching the steam locomotive shunting the wagons in the mornings.
The driver always gave that extra hoot when he saw us kids.
Yes, yes. We had a narrow railway in the forestry enterprise. I recently showed diesel locomotives from such a road. And there was always a shunting locomotive at the station. There are always such locomotives at all stations. And they scurry like ants.
Very beautiful shots and great post-processing! Thanks for sharing, I also like the trains and locomotives.
Thank you for your upvote!
