Prioritising Self Care

Good morning to the people of the STEEM
Today I am here to talk about Self Care and most importantly me starting my journey of Self Care with the start of this New Year. Truth be told I have never been a guy who takes care of his skin and the only care I have ever taken was using a generic face wash for my face every now and then but it seems it is time to switch things up.

Sunscreen

This sounds really bad when I say that I have never used Sunscreen in my life so I had to do some research for me to pick up what sunscreen I need for my face as I do travel a lot and I definitely need something stronger than SPF 50.

Moisturizer

I also will be needing a good Moisturizer for my face and Minimalist Marula Oil Face Moisturizer felt like the right choice for me as I had already planned on a Minimalist Sunscreen. Plus it is also a fact that Marula Oil is lightweight and is absorbed easily unto the skin thus making my skin not so oily.

Vitamin C Serum

This one is a doozy one for me as I was ok with just using Face wash, Moisturizer and a Sunscreen but a friend of mine suggested to use Vitamin C Serum as apparently it contains ingredients that help in hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone so I will also be giving this a tryout.

Now you might be wondering why all three products are of the same brand and the reason is simple my friend suggested them and I am willing to give this brand a try.
