Thanks for this interview @stef1, it's very interesting to hear the position of a live acting artist. It's like you talked to him yourself :)
JM is not only an artist, he studied philosophy for a reason, his answers are filled with wisdom and experience.
There are, of course, initially talented people. The touch is enough for them. But there is still a lot of hard work and perseverance behind the touch.
Maybe it matters who we were in a past life 🤣 😂😅
I also, enjoyed it very much, I remember Romanie in the past mentioned JM and she was so delighted with him and his personality, unfortunately he does not write much which in my opinion would let us learn him better. Of course, he is a busy persona dn even answering my questions made me very happy. The only thing I regret that SC01 and Steemit Team are not appreciate that we live side to side with such people and that their posts often end with less then couple of dollars and some Diary games receive constantly higher votes.
Unfortunately, I do not see an understanding that such bright personalities attract interested users with their talent and the opportunity to learn something new and useful from them.
I understand that diary games are designed for a lot of small users, this creates the illusion of a large society. But strategically, this is unlikely to bring success. But attracting and encouraging bright personalities such as JM, Romani, Jorge can give strategic success. Not as fast, but more stable and reliable.
People will follow such individuals. They need to be promoted on social networks and new participants will come from there. Social beings are leader oriented, it is the law of our nature.

К сожалению я не вижу понимания того, что такие яркие личности как раз и привлекают заинтересованных пользователей своим талантом и возможностью узнать от них что-то новое и полезное.
Я понимаю, что дневниковые игры рассчитаны на массу мелких пользователей, это создаёт иллюзию большого социума. Но в стратегическом отношении это вряд ли принесёт успех. А вот привлечение и поощрение ярких личностей, таких как как JM, Романи, Хорхе может дать стратегический успех. Не такой быстрый, но более стабильный и надёжный.
За такими личностями потянутся люди. Их надо продвигать в соцсети и оттуда придут новые участники. Социальные существа ориентированы на лидеров, это закон нашей природы.
