The only thing I'm missing is the post-processing steps. It would be extremely interesting to find out this creative path :)

Oh! I thought it was clearly visible. May be I wanted to be too subtle...
When you do something, you know exactly what it consists of and your eye habitually searches for the necessary. But if you only see the result, then the components are not obvious to the viewer :)
A person's vision focuses on something and misses something else.
Now I can clearly see the female face and it fits perfectly into the overall image :)
I didn't really understand about the fire either, although these spots gave a feeling of hidden heat.
Maybe it's all the fault of a large number of details, but the "cracked mirror" just gives this effect :)

Когда ты что-то делаешь, ты точно знаешь из чего оно состоит и твой глаз привычно ищет необходимое. Но если ты видишь только результат, то составляющие бывают неочевидны для зрителя :)
Зрение человека фокусируется на чём-то и пропускает другое.
Теперь я ясно вижу женский лик и он замечательно вписывается в общий образ :)
Я не очень понимал и про огонь, хотя эти пятна давали ощущение скрытого тепла.
Может быть всему виной большое количество деталей, но "треснувшее зеркало" как раз и даёт такой эффект :)
