Inhabited worlds
Depending on their mood people often look for two things and these are inhabited and uninhabited worlds.
Sometimes they want silence and sometimes they want to see life bubbling around them.
But in both cases searches can turn into fiascos.
You will not find silence and you will not be able to hear noise but both will look at you from the side and laugh sarcastically at your attempts to find what you are looking for.
Taking a camera in hand and heading to the neighboring blot wastelands I never know whether I will end up in an inhabited world or I will be the only one whose steps will be heard there.
This is a place of life of indirect and direct evidence that tells me that there are no uninhabited worlds left anywhere.
We may not see the birds but they definitely see us, as one old joke says.
You may not notice life right away but tiny life senses your presence and tries to remain unnoticed.
The self-deception of walking through an uninhabited world ends very quickly and easily it is enough to turn around and see the outskirts of the city.
And this is my illustration that I decided to create from my photographs to visualize my thoughts.
Zoom in on a photo for a closer view.
More to come!
