Lying time.

No matter how you look at it the time in which you and I live is the most lying.

You can call me a pessimist or something else, but I base my conviction on very specific facts of which there are many but I will dwell on only one of them.

New housing!

Who doesn't dream of one day receiving the coveted keys to a brand new apartment?

I think that even those of us who have our own apartment and house and maybe even several would not refuse something new.

The word "new" is the height of cynicism and deceit of this time because in fact most developers are people who dream of deceiving their potential clients spending a minimum and getting a maximum.

They surpassed any architect of ancient Egypt whom you can see in the famous comedies about the Gauls in the matter of tricks.

So, I watched as an apartment building was built on the site of a former electrical substation which occupied a small plot of land since the time of King Pea.

Apparently the plot with the building was sold at an "honest" auction and the organization took on the demolition of the old structure and after that almost instantly began to erect a new structure.

At first a number of "slaves" were brought here who manually broke the walls with sledgehammers but when they ran out of steam heavy equipment was brought here not all the walls agreed that they should be destroyed.

I won't tell you about the fact that the standards for ironing concrete were not met when pouring the foundation it was surprising for me to see that the building was built from the same bricks and not from "newly acquired" ones they will sell "new apartments" after all?

Yes, at first the bricks were taken somewhere to a base and sorted there and brought back mixed with some new bricks.

In addition when building a new house they used old floor slabs, which undoubtedly already had many microcracks and what should have been a ban on use but we live in such a deceitful time.

My advice to you at the time of purchasing a new home check not only the new home visually but also ask to provide invoices for all materials the figures of which can be compared with the original estimate.

This will help you not to become one of those whom this time was able to deceive.
