Constant risk. || Riesgo constante.

On television, on social networks, through many media we see those people who dare what many others do not even dare to think about, people who risk their lives, who dare everything, who do what no one knows encouraged to do, people who are not interested in insurance prefer to risk and enjoy.
Saul, still breathing threats and death against the disciples of the Lord, came to the high priest, 2 and asked him for letters to the synagogues of Damascus, so that if he found any men or women of this Way, he would bring them prisoners to Jerusalem. 3 But as he went along the road, it came to pass that as he came near Damascus, suddenly a flash of light from heaven surrounded him; 4 and falling to the ground, he heard a voice saying to him: Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? 5 He said: Who are you, Lord? And he said to him: I am Jesus, whom you persecute; it is hard for you to kick against the pricks. 6 He, trembling and afraid, said: Lord, what do you want me to do? And the Lord said to him: Get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do. 7 And the men who went with Saul stood amazed, hearing the voice indeed, but seeing no one. 8 Then Saul got up from the ground, and opening his eyes, he saw no one; so, taking him by the hand, they brought him into Damascus, 9 where he was three days without seeing, and he did not eat or drink.
10 There was then in Damascus a disciple named Ananias, to whom the Lord said in a vision: Ananias. And he answered: Here I am, Lord. 11 And the Lord said to him, Get up, and go to the street called Straight, and look for a man named Saul, from Tarsus, in the house of Judas; for behold, he prays, 12 and has seen in a vision a man named Ananias, who enters and lays his hands on him so that he may regain his sight. 13 Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much evil he has done to your saints in Jerusalem; 14 and even here he has authority from the chief priests to seize all who call on your name. 15 The Lord said to him: Go, because this is my chosen instrument, to bear my name in the presence of the Gentiles, and of kings, and of the children of Israel; 16 because I will show him how much it is necessary for him to suffer for my name. 17 Then Ananias went and entered the house, and laying his hands on him, said, Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road by which you were coming, has sent me so that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Spirit. Holy. 18 And immediately they fell from his eyes like scales, and he instantly received sight; and getting up, he was baptized. 19 And having taken food, he regained strength. And Saul was some days with the disciples who were in Damascus.
Perhaps not the end of which we will share but do you like to take risks or go straight for insurance?. The risk presents an uncertain future and for that reason nobody likes to take risks too much since this can imply suffering or losses, if we know the future or certain consequences we can prevent what can harm us.
For us, the children of God, this uncertainty or this type of risk can be part of the life of faith in which we walk, placing our faith and trusting in what God tells us in his word can for a moment be the biggest risk we take because the future for us is uncertain but for God it is a blessed future and a glorious future for us. God does not stop his purposes from being fulfilled.
In the word of God we find many examples of people who, even in the midst of complicated and unpredictable situations, did not deviate from the faith of the Lord. We see the case of Ananias who had to minister to one of the most well-known murderers of the Christians, Saul, Ananias' life was simply at risk, just to get close to the greatest murderer of Christians.
But not only Ananias we see the case of Saul who also after converting and preaching what he had received from the Lord, he was on the side where he was before and those who supported him now wanted to eliminate him. As these men, like many others whose faith is founded on the word of God, grew in love and grace for God and for men, they wanted to do God's will no matter what.
Let us remember that facing the risk involved in living by faith, God guarantees us his support and his victory in every situation.

En la televisión, en las redes sociales, por muchos medios vemos aquellas personas que se atreven lo que muchos otros no se animan ni siquiera a pensar, personas que arriesgan la vida, que se atreven a todo, que hacen lo que nadie se anima hacer, personas que no le interesa lo seguro prefieren arriesgarse y disfrutar.
Saulo, respirando aún amenazas y muerte contra los discípulos del Señor, vino al sumo sacerdote, 2 y le pidió cartas para las sinagogas de Damasco, a fin de que si hallase algunos hombres o mujeres de este Camino, los trajese presos a Jerusalén. 3 Mas yendo por el camino, aconteció que al llegar cerca de Damasco, repentinamente le rodeó un resplandor de luz del cielo; 4 y cayendo en tierra, oyó una voz que le decía: Saulo, Saulo, ¿por qué me persigues? 5 Él dijo: ¿Quién eres, Señor? Y le dijo: Yo soy Jesús, a quien tú persigues; dura cosa te es dar coces contra el aguijón. 6 Él, temblando y temeroso, dijo: Señor, ¿qué quieres que yo haga? Y el Señor le dijo: Levántate y entra en la ciudad, y se te dirá lo que debes hacer. 7 Y los hombres que iban con Saulo se pararon atónitos, oyendo a la verdad la voz, mas sin ver a nadie. 8 Entonces Saulo se levantó de tierra, y abriendo los ojos, no veía a nadie; así que, llevándole por la mano, le metieron en Damasco, 9 donde estuvo tres días sin ver, y no comió ni bebió.
10 Había entonces en Damasco un discípulo llamado Ananías, a quien el Señor dijo en visión: Ananías. Y él respondió: Heme aquí, Señor. 11 Y el Señor le dijo: Levántate, y ve a la calle que se llama Derecha, y busca en casa de Judas a uno llamado Saulo, de Tarso; porque he aquí, él ora, 12 y ha visto en visión a un varón llamado Ananías, que entra y le pone las manos encima para que recobre la vista. 13 Entonces Ananías respondió: Señor, he oído de muchos acerca de este hombre, cuántos males ha hecho a tus santos en Jerusalén; 14 y aun aquí tiene autoridad de los principales sacerdotes para prender a todos los que invocan tu nombre. 15 El Señor le dijo: Ve, porque instrumento escogido me es este, para llevar mi nombre en presencia de los gentiles, y de reyes, y de los hijos de Israel; 16 porque yo le mostraré cuánto le es necesario padecer por mi nombre. 17 Fue entonces Ananías y entró en la casa, y poniendo sobre él las manos, dijo: Hermano Saulo, el Señor Jesús, que se te apareció en el camino por donde venías, me ha enviado para que recibas la vista y seas lleno del Espíritu Santo. 18 Y al momento le cayeron de los ojos como escamas, y recibió al instante la vista; y levantándose, fue bautizado. 19 Y habiendo tomado alimento, recobró fuerzas. Y estuvo Saulo por algunos días con los discípulos que estaban en Damasco.
Quizás no es el extremo del cual compartiremos pero a usted ¿le gusta tomar riesgos o ir directo a los seguro?. El riesgo presenta un futuro incierto y por esa razón a nadie le gusta demasiado tomar riesgos ya que esto puede implicar sufrimiento o pérdidas, si nosotros conocemos el futuro o determinadas consecuencias podemos prevenir aquello que puede hacernos daño.
Para nosotros, los hijos de Dios, esta incertidumbre o este tipo de riesgo puede ser parte de la vida de fe en la que andamos, depositar nuestra fe y confiar en lo que Dios nos dice en su palabra por momento puede ser el riesgo más grande que tomemos porque el futuro para nosotros es incierto pero para Dios es un futuro de bendición y un futuro glorioso para nosotros. Dios no deja de que sus propósitos dejen de ser cumplidos.
En la palabra de Dios encontramos muchos ejemplos de personas que aún en medio de situaciones complicadas e impredecible no desviaron la fe del señor vemos como es el caso de Ananias que tuvo que ministrar a quien era uno de los asesinos más conocido de los cristianos, Saulo, simplemente la vida de Ananias estaba en riesgo, sólo por acercarse al mayor asesino de los cristianos.
Pero no sólo Ananias vemos el caso de saulo que también después de convertirse y predicar lo que había recibido del señor, estaba del lado puesto en el que antes se encontraba y aquellos quienes le apoyaban ahora querían eliminarlo. A medida que estos hombres como muchos otros cuya fe está fundada en la palabra de Dios, crecían en el amor y en gracia para Dios y para con los hombres, deseaban hacer la voluntad de Dios sin importar otra cosa.
Recordemos que enfrentar el riesgo que implica vivir por fe, Dios nos garantiza su apoyo y la victoria en toda situación.
