Do you think you are resisting the will of God? On many occasions God prompts us to do work that perhaps is unimportant for us, but for God nothing is in vain, everything we do has a meaning and result, if God puts the desire in us, we do not resist.
7 Tychicus, my beloved brother and faithful minister and fellow servant in the Lord, will let you know everything that concerns me, 8 whom I have sent to you for this very purpose, so that he may know what concerns you and comfort you. your hearts, 9 with Onesimus, beloved and faithful brother, who is one of you. Colossians 4.7-18
In these previous texts we have seen that Paul names many people, we have not heard many of them in other epistles, perhaps this is unimportant for many readers but here we must understand the message that the apostle wants to express that all ministries are useful and important.
This is the case of the typic who is being a collaborator of Paul, he has traveled many kilometers to get where he had to go, then he toured all the churches to read Paul's letters, imagine if the apostle did not have this helper, these letters of colossians would not have reached us.
Let's not waste time judging the ministries, we are not the ones who determine which ones are important and which ones are not, we can easily be confused by pride or any other human inclination, many times we just want to do that work that impresses for show our love for God.
But God doesn't ask for that, he wants whatever we do to be driven by the love he has put in us, no matter what else, let's leave pride and our tendencies aside for God to work through us and do not resist his will and what he wants for us.

¿Crees que tú estas resistiendo ante la voluntad de Dios?. En muchas ocasiones Dios nos impulsa a realizar un trabajo que quizás para nosotros carece de importancia, pero para Dios nada es en vano, todo lo que hacemos tiene un significado y resultado, si Dios pone en nosotros el deseo no resistamos.
7 Todo lo que a mí se refiere, os lo hará saber Tíquico, amado hermano y fiel ministro y consiervo en el Señor, 8 el cual he enviado a vosotros para esto mismo, para que conozca lo que a vosotros se refiere, y conforte vuestros corazones, 9 con Onésimo, amado y fiel hermano, que es uno de vosotros. Todo lo que acá pasa, os lo harán saber.

18 La salutación de mi propia mano, de Pablo. Acordaos de mis prisiones. La gracia sea con vosotros. Amén.
Colosenses 4.7-18
En estos textos anteriores hemos visto que Pablo nombra a muchas personas, a muchos no los hemos escuchado en otras epístolas, quizás esto carezca de importancia para muchos lectores pero aquí debemos entender el mensaje que quiere expresar el apóstol que todos los ministerios son útiles e importantes.
Es el caso de tíquico que está siendo colaborador de Pablo, éste ha viajado muchos kilómetros para llegar a donde debía llegar luego recorrió todas las iglesias para leer las cartas de Pablo, imagínese que si el apóstol no tendría éste ayudante, estas cartas de colosenses no habrían llegado a nosotros.
No perdamos el tiempo en juzgar los ministerios, no somos nosotros quienes determinan cuáles son importantes y cuales no, nosotros podemos ser fácilmente confundidos por el orgullo o cualquier otra inclinación humana, muchas veces sólo queremos hacer ese trabajo que impresione para demostrar nuestro amor a Dios.
Pero Dios no pide eso, él quiere que cualquier cosa que hagamos sea impulsada por el amor que él ha puesto en nosotros, sin importar otra cosa, dejemos el orgullo y nuestras tendencias del lado para que Dios obre a través de nosotros y no resistamos a su voluntad y lo que él desea para nosotros.
