Advertising For A Bank - Funny Portraits

This one was really fun. I was hired to shoot part of a marketing campaign for a bank here in Ireland. The marketing campaign was around their new car loan that they were offering. It was bit cheeky but the whole idea around it centered around how annoying it is to commute by public transport here in Ireland so the bank were suggesting to take a loan out for a car.

Its just funny as this was a few years back and in all honesty I don't think they'd be allowed to run this campaign now. In Ireland, especially Dublin there's a huge push towards getting people away from their cars and using public transport more. Although I'm not sure if that's been very successful with Covid 19. I don't think I'd be too happy to get on a crowded bus or train at the moment 😅

Anyway the shoot was really good fun, and was made a lot easier by the funny actor they hired for this shoot. I barely had to give him any direction for my photos, he was just really funny and exaggerated with all his poses.
