What will you do with a man who used chemical to harvest fish?

Dear Steemians,

So saddened this nature found dead! Welcome to my blog; below saddened photos taken while in the search for nature in the forest. I was exploring the forest of Aye to bring nature photography to our amiable community for viewings but what I met was a saddened experienced instead. In-between a man was Caught around the local stream who poured chemical into this local stream just because he Intended to catch many fishes, but this attitude I called stupid and wicked attitude because not only his target will die but entirely creatures inside there; the farmer's around got really angry and mad at him for this bad attitude; when I closed to them I heard about the man bad attitude towards those nature; I nearly begged on his behalf but see this tilapia fishes died, I very furious I couldn't says a word's cause eldest has took up the matter's; my questions is; if you that person to give verdict to this man; I wonder if you could be fair with your judgment or ?
