No offense at all, @o1eh! I think it's actually better to encourage more people to create worthy content, and feel like they can get something for "being discovered."

Of course, the rewards I share are symbolic. I once dreamed of developing a powerful account to provide substantial support to good authors. But now I understand that this is an extremely unrealistic task without investment. Nevertheless, I will do my best.
