From Sun-Kissed Beaches to Snowy Streets 🌊⛄️
I got back to Canada after an amazing trip to Mexico, and talk about a climate shock😅 Going from warm, sunny beaches to full-on winter wonderland vibes feels like I jumped from a hot tub straight into an ice bath 😄
One day, I was barefoot on the beach in Zihua, feeling the soft sand and soaking up the sun. The next, I was bundling up in layers upon layers, trying to remember where I stashed my gloves last year😅
But honestly, the contrast is kind of refreshing. It is magical stepping out into the crisp Canadian air and seeing the world sparkling with frost. And the snow? It’s got that fluffy right now. The kind that makes you want to grab a hot drink, wrap yourself in a blanket, and watch the snow outside your window❄️
I’ve got to say, I’m already missing those vibrant Mexican colors, the amazing food, and the lively atmosphere. (And yes, those tacos and fresh fruit juices definitely spoiled me for a while.) But being back here has its own charm. It’s like two completely different worlds, each beautiful in its own way💫
Now, it’s time to embrace the winter season🤗 Bring on the cozy sweaters, and maybe even a skating adventure or two 😄⛸️
How’s everyone holding up with the winter weather? Do you love it, or are you counting down the days till summer? If you’ve got any tricks for staying warm while still looking cute, send them my way 🙃
Thank you 🍀
Haha, I can understand you well.
But at least the Canadian climate gives much more Christmas vibes than a sunny beach… 😉
I feel better now 😉 That’s true, Canada really knows how to bring the Christmas vibes with all the snow and cozy feels 😊 And, I have pretty nice decorations so I can share it someday🌲
