Zihua, Pacific Ocean 🌊 🐳🏄🏻‍♀️ 🐬

Hello everybody☀️

Let me tell you about Zihuatanejo on the Pacific Coast. It often called Zihua. It is a charming coastal town 🌴

First of all, from December to March, humpback whales pass by the Zihuatanejo coast on their way to warmer waters 🐳 Unfortunately, I am here a bit early to catch them. Thankfully, the ocean around Zihua is still lively in October. I mean, I can spot dolphins, sea turtles or even manta rays🐬

According to my search the sea turtles like olive ridleys and leatherbacks actually come to the beaches there to lay their eggs 🐢 I am familiar this from Antalya coast where is caretta caretta.

And surfing! I learned that the Pacific's waves near Zihua are perfect for surfing🏄🏻‍♀️. If you love surfing, this is where you wanna be. I haven't tried it before. But watching them is so fun. Also, I read that there’s this beach, Troncones, not far from Zihua, where the waves are awesome and it's so chill. Surfers dream of these perfect, powerful waves 🌊

Oh! And you know how the Pacific is wild, right? Zihua is on the Ring of Fire. So, it’s this crazy mix of earthquakes, volcanoes, and tsunamis. When I saw the information note board of elevator about earthquake, I was shocked and a bit scared😅 But if we think positive way we can say that there’s so much energy in the air 🔥

If you’re into fishing or just want to try it out, this is the spot. Sportfishing is HUGE there. You can catch marlin, sailfish. But there’s also something a little bittersweet about it, knowing you're taking these majestic creatures from their wild ocean home...

And the water? It’s like an aquarium! Beneath the surface of the Pacific around Zihua, you’ll find colorful coral reefs and a variety of fish, including pufferfish, moray eels and the playful dolphins that love to swim alongside boats. Can you imagine being on a boat and just having dolphins casually swimming with you? So fun😍

Zihua’s Pacific is seriously the most exciting ocean experience. You should check it out 🎉 🌊
