Rainy golden reportage street

in WORLD OF XPILAR17 days ago

This time I tried my best: everything turned out the way I wanted and I was fully satisfied with the shooting. I can, so it works! But it's still mostly street reporting...and in a small way it is graphic.

And even to a lesser extent, or rather to no extent – spotted street.

Well, that's good. The reportage photo suits me perfectly.

If I'm on the reporting wave, then there are photos of a similar nature.

I have discussed this topic many times and explained why I put in the word "reportage" at all.

The reportage implies a reflection of the event. Any weather conditions can serve as an event: golden autumn, rain, snow, etc.

And since the weather is changing and events are changing too, then you need to publish quickly, almost instantly.

And if efficiency is needed, then the images are subjected to minimal processing, and sometimes they are not edited at all.

Based on this, we can draw some conclusions about the content of the frames.

Reportage photos are almost always aesthetic, especially about the weather.

If I'm filming the weather, it means it's a street. There may be an urban landscape, but the presence of people in the frame is a priority, and this is already a street, that is, street photography. And this means that this street will be a reportage one.

The plot may be graphic, but it should be understandable to a large number of people. After all, how will ordinary people understand from the picture that the week is expected to be rainy?

My trick is in the form of spotting, where there are no plans and a large depth of field, a bunch of objects in the frame will not work.

This means that the background should be blurred. A telephoto lens is best suited for this, which seems to compress the plans, but blurs the background at almost any aperture.

So it turns out that the reportage creative wave from the technical side is photos taken most often with a telephoto lens, with people going somewhere, almost always aesthetically pleasing in the plot and with minimal processing.

Although I haven't been processing pictures much lately.

Well, the reporting wave in life means not only the desire to shoot in the reporting genre, but also to correspond to this genre in all spheres.

This means that you need to have time to take pictures, quickly select the pictures, and publish them as soon as possible.

So it is with all other cases. Reportage fuels doing everything clearly, quickly and efficiently.

It turns out that this wave can be characterized as multitasking, increased efficiency, control and increased mental activity.
I hope I explained it this time.
