Clubin' - Portrait Photography and Art Contest - WEEK #144
Years ago, I did a lot of “clubin.’” Going to the club, or discotek (discothèque). Sometimes the club would have professional photographers there. And they would take pictures of the people at the club for a fee. Women often took more pictures than men. This is a woman posing for one of those photos.
*** I wasn't sure whether to put the photographer in the reflection of her glasses, now that I think about it, I probably should have, but I did not want to redo the render :)
Thank you to @axeman and World of Xpilar for hosting this contest.
Started with a Genesis 9 Female...
Added part of the club environment.
Added the semi-completed model, after I morphed the body, changed her position, facial expression, and added clothes.
Added hair, eyebrows and eyelashes.
Added texture and color.
Added a wall background.
Added glasses and jewelry.
First render.
Post Photoshop, added lens flare and increased the light exposure.
Tools and assets used:
Daz3D Studio, Iray and Photoshop
Genesis 9 Female Template
BS French Braid Hair
CACH Clothes
HDRI and Daz3D Lighting
TNB Bar Environment
In Summary:
- I start out with a model template and morph the body physically.
- I put the body into a position, change facial expressions, add makeup, dress the model, add skin texture, props, etc…
- I either can embed the character into the background or wrap the environment around the character, then add lighting and camera settings, like depth of field.
- Rendering time was 2 hours.
- Postwork in Photoshop (adding imperfections in the skin, changing atmosphere and lighting, etc…)
Stay frosty people.
Beautiful work.
Thanks @offgridlife :)
Oh, I bought two LED sticks similar to the ones you drew. This is a fashionable topic now. I will take photos with them))
Yeah, LED sticks are so much fun. They make photos look good too :)
Beautiful rendering.
Thank you @archerart :)
