first of all we should inform the user that the existing parliament is located in Budapest, Hungary and not in Romania as claimed in the post
Second ..even we consider as true the claiming that he ordered peter.rajkai to take a shot of the parliament with a drone...is it still considered as user's work or peters rajkai?

Well, have to admit this happens time to time when certain user just deserves trust participating continuously without any issues. And such "trusted" users I normally do not cross check entries...
Its a shame that they do use this fact in order to start making tricks in order to win my contest. Just a shame...

I clarify this on my post. I edited a picture take for another photographer. I never claimed I took it. I'm. A photographer myself and I work with people all over the world as you can see if you check my regular social Media. I know Peter for years now as a friend the internet gave me years ago. My only mistake here is writing "Rumania, instead of" Hungria". About the scams last week the winner of the first place of one of @xpilar contest was a painting so popular and famous that I cannot believe what I was seeing. I didn't say a thing because I just reported someone who stole all my content from hive to steemit and people made like 7 post about it, speaking about my situation, using me as example and making profits on the way.

from the beginning I saw that you have stated that you have only done the editing even though you never mentioned the name of the person who took the photo
That's why I asked the admin @axeman and never tagged you...I just wanted to know if that was allowed because I and probably many others may have known many famous photographers that we could post their photos just by raising the clarity a bit and claiming to have done the editing
Although I should let you know that professional photographers give credits to people who have done the editing on their photos, but in this case I didn't see Peter giving credit to someone for the editing
Anyway... I never blamed you because I saw that you mentioned in your post that the photo was taken by someone else and that was clearly stated
My final thought is that we have to be more careful in who we choose to be on the winners list, I don't expect us to check every entry especially in these competitions where there are so many entries but the last ten who get the prizes... I think that we have to double check them
