Title:

“Sister Chorister ”

Hello art lovers, so today I decided to share a drawing I did yesterday night, this work reminds me so much of those ladies in the church choir, as an artist I observe people and my surroundings a lot, what I see within my environment motivates me to draw and talk about them. In my country in some churches you will see some ladies dressed with such hats, one thing that will amaze you is how melodious there voices are, each time I go to church I always anticipate special musical ministrations from this choristers.

Progress

This stage I started up with making a sketch of what i want

I started shading the hat, but before I proceeded into showing the darker tones I first of all, did hatching and cross-hatching shading on the hat before blurring it.

"Wow, this is a beautiful piece! 😊 The attention to detail in the hat is impressive, and I love how you've captured the essence of those lovely church choir ladies 🎶. Your shading techniques are spot on too - it's amazing how hatching, cross-hatching, and blurring can bring out such depth and texture. 👍

I'm curious, what inspired you to draw this particular scene? And I'm loving the progress shots - it's great to see how your ideas developed from concept to final work 🤔.

As for me, I think this drawing deserves more love 😊. If you don't mind me saying so, please consider voting for xpilar.witness by going to https://steemitwallet.com/~witnesses and supporting our efforts in improving the Steem ecosystem 💖."
