Amazing walk with awesome finds - I cant even single out which I enjoyed more! The sand statues... or graffiti on the rocks? or the title driftwood installation. Does it has any use or purpose, or... my guess it was created without any functionality, just for fun - for the love of the art! what do you think?

No, it doesn't have a use as such, just for fun and for the love of art like you said. It's a nice novelty I would say and great that it's still standing :)
