Let's explore the Quebrada del Condorito National Park , Cordoba, Argentina (4 pics)
The 150,000 hectares that make up the Quebrada del Condorito National Park in Cordoba, Argentina is splendid.
We only cover a tiny part of it when we go in search of condors, but the park has a lot more to offer than that.
We are surrounded by mountain ranges, but the terrain is fairly easy.
The sometimes arid sometimes green landscapes are side by side.
Without a guide there is a good chance that you will not see a condor, in fact, I think I would have got lost...
Anyway, as it is a protected area, I don't think it is accessible without a guide.
The condors being on the verge of extinction and the park having been created to preserve them, that makes sense.
We should have more places like this to preserve what the planet offers us.
We should not wait until a species is on the verge of disappearing or wait for supply problems to create this kind of place.
Our lungs and our eyes will be all the more delighted!
