maybe it is a time to circulate them too to avoid such situation and give the opportunity to other communities to reward their users.

Another problem with some communities is the amount of liquid steem they cash out, that would be a good figure to add to monthly applications.
i like the new 50/50 initiative
That would be a large amount of data, but would be an interesting statistic, I agree. Completely support that initiative :)
