Live Well. Love Much. Laugh Often.

You know, we might not have realized it yet, but all our actions and thoughts are driven by a very simple need. A need that has existed since the world began. A need that we may not always understand but that we deeply need to experience. The need to love and be loved. In the end, the way we give and receive love is how we express ourselves and show who we truly are. We live and display our love. Sometimes to the world, sometimes to someone we know, or we search for a stranger who can understand and embrace our love. Because it is present in every cell, thought, and movement we make.

Let me give you a very simple example. When we’re hungry, we might choose fries over rice. Why? Because we love fries more than rice. When we wake up in the morning, we choose coffee or tea because it makes the day feel a little sweeter. When we’re bored, we call a friend because their laughter makes everything better. Their company makes us feel better.

It’s the same with love. We try to give our love, our heart, until we find someone who truly deserves it, someone ready to return the same love. Sometimes it goes misunderstood, sometimes it’s shattered into a thousand pieces, but then another very important love steps in - the love for ourselves. Because it’s this love that moves us forward, that helps us grow, and that gives us the strength to get back on our feet.

This love is our driving force. It’s the love we can share with others. It’s what allows us to let people in and help them get to know us. So let’s love! Because one day, someone will return that love. And then we’ll laugh often and live well.
