I wander begging along the roads...
In the silence of starry nights
I walk, not knowing where I go!
I had the mantle of the sun... who stole it from me?!
Who trampled my fallen roses?!
Who was it that shattered
My golden cup upon the raging waves?!
Now I go on, wandering and begging,
Without a glance from the infinite worlds
Seeing the worm crawl by...
Ah, how I wish I were like the jackals
Howling their cries, rasping their shouts
