I like you, oh rain, on the eaves,
Saying things no one understands!
From your refrain emerges
A dream of magic and sins.
From your pale, delicate fingers
A winged song pulses and ascends,
Phrases that our mouths never learn
Murmurs along desolate paths.
Across my white, always cold face,
You bring the eerie shiver
Of strange, painful sensations...
Perhaps one day I will understand your mystery...
When, inert, in the peace of the cemetery,
My body feeds the roses' hunger!

Thanks for your kind words. Indeed, the words are magnificent. They are not mine; I don't have such poetic skills. They are from a Portuguese poetess named Florbela Espanca, who had a short life (died at 36). She is an iconic Portuguese writer. Cheers :)
