You are incredibly lucky! It's always cool to listen to your favorite artist live. The singer, who does not spare time for free communication with her listeners, deserves respect.
You are absolutely right, it was a great experience for me. It is very meaningful and valuable for us that she creates time between her big concerts and both chat and sings with her listeners in a public park :)
