I don't know to what extent my photo here qualifies for a festival theme, but here it is:
To give you the context: currently celebrations are taking place all over the UK, and indeed in the whole Commonwealth of Nations because it's the 70th anniversary of the accession of Queen Elizabeth II on 6 February 1952. The photo you see showcases a decoration of a post box in South Manchester by a crafter of fine arts in celebration of the above event.
