Greetings @mister-omortson Please enter my fish curry photo into this weeks food contest. It was my favourite meal part of a seafood tasting menu which we had over the weekend.

Indonesian prawn chowder, tandoori mackerel with a crispy skin, mango chutney, cucumber relish and fresh micro coriander.
