This is my third day in this beautiful valley of Hunza, Gilgit and its surroundings. I will write everything in detail once I get back home. But I can share a few glimpses of what it's like here and update you with a little bit of excitement. One is allowed to get a little excited if one opens the door of one's washroom and gets the Raka Poshi's little hello.
Ok, there is a tree in my camera. Let's move a few steps forward...
My family maybe looking for me, but let's go little further...
And whoa! I didn't know I would see the valley and the river below. Thank God I explored the surroundings of my guest house.
This close to nature, bare feet...
I should head back towards the room. My folks must be waiting on the other side of the washroom door that is still locked. I came out from the other door. You want to see...
A little hypoxia, non-stop travel, the most hospitable people, and a touch of color in life. If you noticed, I changed my profile picture too...
I couldn't help having this picture with the traditional hat (topi). I hope it's not too cliché
I promise I will write everything in chronological order once I get back! I have too much to share. My homeland is so very beautiful. I'm allowed to get euphoric!

Edit: woke up at sunrise to witness the first rays of sun on Raka Poshi peak. It was too cold to go outside. Plus my mobile was dead and dearest's isn't any good. The picture ain't doing any justice to the beauty, but here it is:

Thank you for asking. I'm fine Alhamdulillah. I just have a lot on my plate these days, work, and had a wedding in the family.
It felt a void in my heart for not writing here. So, i chose snakes to resume:)
Hey @soulfuldreamer You shared valley of Hunza, Gilgit. It's really amazing and called second heaven. I liked all the photos for beautiful mountain, river, flowers , costume and first image is very beautiful. Would visit there....
judging by your clothes, it's not hot in this place.))) Especially in the early morning. It's nice to see that you also have clover growing among the grass. And of course the mountains ... they're magnificent.)
