Hello my dear Steemians and Art Fans,

Today another posts just for expressing my thoughts and if I am lucky I may make you to leave some comments with your opinion and thoughts.

First of all, I hope you are all well and after the first shock after crushing Crypto prices have a sign of relieve and dream about good future of Crypto world.

While this time we all have concentrated our attention at the prices of Steem and Hive and it was like a racing almost neck-and-neck race, like my hubby says: “they could shake the hands”

Seeing that I always wonder how the price of Steem would be if there would be no split at all and the users remained united on one.

I also wonder if it were ourselves who destroyed the reputation of both Steem and Hive and scared bigger investors with the attitude of freezing the account of person who invested a huge amount into Steem, insulting him and spreading it all over the Crypto world.

If I would be such huge investor I probably would decide to stay away from such blockchain.

What about you?

What to choose Steem, Hive and Blurt

But it is what it is and we are now two different camps, that remind me a broken family when parents are separated but both would like to have their children, the bloggers. Why we have to decide where we have to go? Why we are punished using one or another platform.

Let’s have a look at other social medias like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, nobody will blame you for using one of another one, people are free to be on all three, four or more places.

Steem

The main reason why we remained on Steem was the attitude of Hive witnesses and some of the users when they openly and without any respect started posting abusing comments to the person who they do not know and spread it all over Steem. How those people threaten the witnesses of Steem and their family members. Seeing that it put me off to move and made my decision to remain on Steem stronger, no matter how much more rewards I would be receiving on other side.

Later on we had an opportunity to support Art users on Steem, so we saw our new role and were just happy to carry out our new role of Art Curator.

We are supporting Artists on Steem and engaging ourselves with them in order to keep those professional Artists on this blockchain.

Many positing on both blockchain but their works are high quality, they spent days to create them and display here. We are not going to PUNISH those one and we are not going to punish those and ignore them because of using other platforms. Because as an Artists or Photographer they need to be visible to be able to advertise their works, their galleries and maybe they will be lucky and able to sell their Artworks too.

Now couple of days ago we finally had a sparkle of good news light at the end of the tunnel:

HIVE

The main core of established users are moved with bigger communities to Hive, popular curation trials @Curie, @curangel, @ocd. No wonder that people decided to go, it is like a caravan you get in you family, drive away and find a new place to settle.

Despite of that many users are posting in both platforms and I am thankful that they are still posting on Steem. I am happy to support them, to communicate with them and I can’t punish them if they post on both platforms. Again, do we punish children if they love both parents equally despite of the divorce? No, they do not care about that. That is the same for me. People are on those blockchains for blogging, exchanging their interests, their creativity, their thoughts. That are theirs and they are free to do it on any blockchains if they wish.

Blurt

With creating a new clone of above mentioned blockchains we are just diluting the number of users at the end it will be our own fault that the activities on all three will be decreasing.

But once again, people are free to blogging if they feel that this is for them.

In our opinion we are just too busy and have no time and no mood to be on three blockchains with all our heart and mind.

That is all for now, we would like to wish you all the best, no matter where you are, follow your heart and make friends, they will be always there for you. While being for last 3 years we are happy to say we have friends all over the world and that is one of the best experience I first learned on Steem and that is why this platform is so dear to me.

Awesome news.

Thank you for reading :)

Very good news about the new wallet! This is an added bonus to bloggers!

A family quarrel and divorce always affect members of the family in several ways; but sadly they all go away with hurt, confusion, scars and negative memories of the experience. Kindness and understanding and forgiveness will make this world a happier home for all.

Very nice post! Thank you very much.

Hi @kaminchan, thank you for your reading let's hope that it works and it is indeed would be a great to have additional benefit of posting on Steem.

Agree, in such conflicts there is no winner, all will lose. None of them will get newcomers as that will simply make other to stay away from such drama.

Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness.

I wish you all the success and wonderful progress in all your projects.

Hope that peace and understanding will heal all scars and past memories, and bring people to be helpful and kind to each other.

Best wishes.

Dear @stef1, thanks for your thoughtful post...

A long time ago, you might remember the first "clone" called WEKU that split off because some people were unhappy with the way Steemit was going. Weku was helped to a fast start by the messed up hardfork that made Steem unusable for about a week... but even so, it represented a "split."

The problem with division, as you wrote, is that we also tend to end up with dilution. There are simply fewer people to go around to make content. Building a community takes a lot of effort... you can't just open up, declare "Here we are" and expect thousands of people. In different ways, both Steem and Hive suffer from similar issues... poorly defined reasons for "what are we trying to DO/BE, here?"

It reminds me of revolutionary governments in small so-called "Banana Republics:" everybody want's to overthrow the government, but nobody actually wants to RUN the country.

I am still publishing content on both chains... actually all three now. I make UNIQUE posts for each — no cross posting. As I have shared with you before, I plan to continue doing that, as long as I still sense "life" in each place. But nobody wants to publish to a zero audience. And with each passing week, I feel like I fall a little more out of touch with Steem, sadly...

I am not sure what is going to happen with this TRON wallet/token crossover... like @groan wrote, I find myself puzzled why there is not an official news announcement from Steem/Steemit directly? I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Hi @denmarkguy, I remember the time of WEKU, actually it was quite active for a while, although again we were not there, just created the account with our account name so it is reserved.

I absolutely agree with you that for many bloggers to write into empty audience is no sense. As a humans we are a social animal we need to communicate, share our views and hear opinions, discuss and probably debate. That is what makes a great community and that is something we have much less on Steem and more in Hive.

I know many people have not that a stimulus and in the "standby" mode, they are still around, probably upvoting but do not spend much time like before. But this is until the moment when the price of one or another will go up.

Due to reward scheme of our platform people's activity will depend on that very much. But on other hand they obviously do not know that when the activity of users are low as well as price the reward pool is much higher. Therefore, even though they see a small reward the payout is bigger then people would be receiving if the price would be higher.

In my opinion it is a shame that Steemit Team is not acting as a center of News and Updates as should be, because keeping silence made many people to leave recently. That is why if I see something new or potential good for Steem I try to do post about with the hope that people will read and might do with this news something. We are all on this boat and should make our best to reach a save harbor. Thank you for stopping by and I really appreciate your contribution to the discussion :)
