Hi Ian, this painting immediately draw my attention. What I like the most is the face features and her beautiful smile. It was a good idea to make it a center of your painting, it just captures the eyes of viewers. Only because of that this painting is special. I like Florence too she might be very active, as your auntie holds it tights to keep still for the moment :)
Hi Stef, I'm glad you liked it! It's human nature to look at a face first in a scene especially the eyes so it makes sense to make it the most detailed part and yes Florence is extremely fast when she wants to be but she can also be very calm :)
