It is always a difficult case when we think about what we will do if?
In your case, that you say that clever investing something so that it is definitely will be of benefit for us and our family. Moving to land and be able to produce own products without depending on anything is the best idea. That is also something that I would wish, especially after recently planting some vegetables and seeing the results :)

This is not just thinking out loud, I have been moving towards this for a long time, but there was a long pause and I am far from my land and my mothballed construction of a house, which is in another country. But, I would not be afraid to start everything from scratch. Lol, yesterday I bought carrots for two dollars per kilo, when its real price is no more than a quarter of a dollar. But this is not an indicator and not the main reason, the decision must be comprehensive, balanced, therefore, I study all the pros and cons in all areas of rural life.
