Making Acrylic Raised Letters
Today, I will show you all, I work to make and assemble acrylic letters at my workplace, these acrylic letters have previously been set as letters and assembled neatly into embossed letters.
in making this acrylic, because the material is very expensive, so I am here only to help. hopefully someday I can also learn to make letters and numbers from acrylic, let's see the process, making and assembling this work.

Are you cutting the blue material? I see the letters you made are red. Are you building the letters up in a mold?
We, my family used to make thin 3-7 mil die cut letters out of various adhesive films.

acrylic material in the form of red and blue sheets
I cut with the cutter head, not with the sharp part, after the trench was formed, then I cut with the sharp part, after it was finished, the blue material was to be attached to the iron frame
and the red material also comes from sheets, I cut it manually, if it is lasered it is very expensive, the red sheet after I cut it, then glue it with glue, and shape it with a heating tool to follow the curve. the glue I use is called
devil glueamazing, you can do it there too, and now I am very sure, you have a great artistic soul and can do anything if you have the desire.:)
