Bad Art News, Good Art News

Some good news and bad news for my art no-career/career. I donated this piece for a silent auction fundraiser on Friday night at the annual Renaissance Academy Charter School for the Arts. Rose and I dressed up in our finest used slacks and costume jewelry for the first upstanding citizen event of our lives. $100 a plate. Cash bar. Cleaner restrooms. Live bidding for auction items was open on everyone’s cell phones throughout the student and faculty performances, and buffet dinner.

Beautiful Beach Walks in South Africa!

Not too long back I went on a beautiful beach walk here in the Western Cape of South Africa. It's a beach I've walked on many times and in the past have walked along the beach that's close to the house right up to the beach that is pictured in this post. It's roughly a 15km walk along the sand and it is just pure magic.

Отже, моє загострення дійшло до тієї точки, у якій я ходжу подзвоню препаратами 24/7. Зручно, бо в такому стані я нічого не відчуваю, живу по суті для того, щоб прокинутися, випити чай та знову заснути, і так по 5-6 разів на день. Зараз ось вирішила, що може встигну допис написати перш ніж піти спати далі. Ну, навіть якщо не встигну - це не останнє моє віконце адекватності на сьогодні, дороблю у наступному. Так до вечора може й на цілий допис набереться:)

So, my flare-ups have gotten to the point where I'm on call 24/7. It's convenient, because in this state I don't feel anything, I basically live to wake up, drink tea and fall asleep again, and so on 5-6 times a day. Now I decided that I might have time to write a post before going to sleep. Well, even if I don't have time - this is not my last window of adequacy for today, I will finish it in the next one. So by the evening, maybe a whole post will be typed :)

A Dolphin Reflection of Hardwork || 3x Triple Dolphin Milestone Reached 15k SP

It's been 2½ years on this platform. There's a saying every great success starts from a single step. It's very surprising to see such growth but there are factors responsible for this growth and those factors are my reasons for being on steemit till this day. Whenever a dolphin looks at the river, he sees a reflection of himself which is an indication that he has actually made it to the top to be able to see his reflection on the surface of the water.
