Celebrating My 3rd Anniversary on Steemit - A Journey of Consistency and Success

It was my best day this year, celebrating my consistency milestone on Steemit for 3 years. I know most of us may not be as intentional about throwing an anniversary, but my journey was marked by a lot of things, of which discouragements and encouragements were inclusive. This year was just full of achievements, which made me flash back to those trying times on Steemit where you'll have to put in extra work but still don't get what you want.

It's hard to believe it has actually been a whole two weeks since I last posted here. Granted, seven of those days were given over to attending a festival in Oregon... plus travel time. And there was some pre work on the front end of that, followed by some decompressing on the back end.

There’s a saying I always try to remember ‘Measure twice, Cut once’. This means that you really need to make sure that it’s all accurate so you don’t have to cut more than once, particularly if you don't have a lot of spare fabric.

Trying to make cheesecake cookies!

So, I've been in a baking mood lately and wanted to try this recipe from Aymen on their TikTok's Linktree Strawberry Cheesecake cookies recipe. I followed the recipe quite closely but didn't add salt or use salted butter Instead I used unsalted butter, I don't think there would be any difference in terms of taste for sure!
