    Perhaps you have not read the terms and conditions of the program very carefully. This is a program for beginners who have less than 50SP in their wallet. You have a lot more of your own SP, not to mention the delegated one.
    But you can join the WORLD OF XPILAR community and create creative posts here with drawings, photos, hobby or work results. Interesting posts find support here.
