Change of government will come and go but the country will still be the same. Sometimes it's hurts when a country like Ghana would have to go for a loan to be able to buy Cocoa from her farmers. Is it not a shame after over sixty years of Independence.

• Upon all the natural resources we have, our youth still form unemployed graduate association after graduating from tertiary institutions. Sometimes I sit and analyse the whole issue and it's difficult to pin point where we failed.
• Whether it was because of the numerous over throw of government or greed and selfishness on the part of leaders.

I remember back in the 2000's under former President Kuffour when we discover oil in larger quantities, the whole national thought our worries will be over but recent events contradicts the hope and anxieties of citizens.

Everywhere is hard to the extent that, you do not know where and who to put the blame on. Covid or no covid some countries are surviving but why is our own country declining.

We have politicize every aspect of our existence to the extent that our school system has been tempered with which is causing serious problem for teachers. I am not against free school but putting proper measures before it takes off.

It is only in Africa that politicians are ranked among the richest people in the country. I went to Manso Adubia one of the district capitals in the Ashanti region where a lot of mining activities and Illegal mining goes on there. The road is as bad that, I don't know the exact word to use to describe it.

• On my way to the town and back, I wondered if this country will surely develop. I felt sorry for myself. When I look at the leaders we are building in our schools, I heart bleeds for this country. We are training youth who show no respect for the elderly, no commitment to service.

Money and luxury is what most of the youth looks at. Who has what latest phone or car and how to get rich by an early age. Now there is a lot of killings and murder all because there are no work for the youth and blood money has filled our television screen. How to get rich within months.

The cause of our problems is leadership. Leaders has lot credibility ranging from traditional leaders, religious leaders and political leaders. All these people have failed us.
Who are we to put our trust in again.

People laid down their life to free this country from colonial rule so we can build our country but we have even failed trying to fend for ourselves.

It's like corruption has become part of our lives because people have stopped talking about it. As soon as you want to talk about corruption, political leaders will stand and defend. Politic has filled our security sector so much that, now power and money can buy the truth. That is the view of some Ghanaian's when you walk around town.

Some media house and personnel's have sold their sense of judgement because of their stomach. They hide behind politics and lambast the party in power but is quick to come to the defense of their party when they come to power.

All these situations raises questions about the kind of leaders we have now. The selfless people and patriotic citizens are not in powerful positions and these people are not even talking.

• The situation must change for the better or else the youth will pass through the Mediterranean Sea to cross to Europe everyday. Most of our brothers and sisters will die everyday and it's gonna be on the heads of leaders who pretend to serve but we rather serve them and their grandchildren unborn.

The youth must rise up and fight for our future and the future of our children. Citizens must also fix our way of live to be able to have the Ghana we all wish for.
