The Diary Game: 13/06/2021 - Promoting Steem in my Neighborhood
This Sunday church was really fun and exciting and we closed early too so well we all like it when things are snappy. Service started at 8 am and ended at 11am, well yh i know to some of you that's quite lengthy but on a normal day things would have gone further than that and so i still like it. After service i came straight home to relax.
One more reason why i really like night shifts is because i also get to attend service on Sundays. If you get morning shifts you can go for weeks and be missing church service continuously, don't forget that babies do not decide to stay in their mother's womb just because is Sunday and so you still have to go to work.
I spent the rest of the afternoon watching Sweet tooth on Netflix, i actually saw the trailer and i was intrigued enough to want to give it a try and the first episode just kept me going. It is about this world infected with one H5G9 strain of virus which no one knows where it came from, well some people obviously know, this virus causes a mutation where humans give birth to hybrids of human and animal genome and most of the things happening reminded me so much of the covid days where we quarantined ourselves and thought the world has come to an end.
I am yet to complete though however i look forward to completing and sharing the beautiful story with you. I spent the evening time creating steemit awareness in my neighborhood. It is been a while since i wore my T-shirt and decided to take out for a walk. And passed by some few friend's places to say hi and those who had already seen me wear it remembered that they said they wanted to know, and so i explained the little i can to them, i hoping their skepticism goes away eventually as they come to understand so they sign up in the near future. After my visits i went back, changed to my uniform and went to work.
