Public life is cold in the rain

It has been raining heavily in our country for a day now and people's lives have become very cold due to the rain. Human activities have been hampered. I am standing in the clothes shop but I can't stand in the cold. So I took a jacket from the shop and put it on my body. Even then the body is not getting cold.

In this situation, people's life has become very difficult. It is understood by themselves that those who do not have enough money to wear winter clothes are doing this winter. We should distribute winter clothes among the poor so that the poor can wear winter clothes very well.
