Share With Us The Number Of Steemians You Have Recruited This Year To Steemit And Let Us Know Their Progress So Far

Greetings everyone,
It is indeed an interesting contest that this noble community has presented before us all today. I'm delighted to be a participant in this wonderful contest today. Every steemian in one way or the other has recruited one or more people to the platform. My case is not a different one.

The promotion of this noble platform has always been my thing and I'm to mentor as many as possible. Over the years, I have recruited a whole lot of steemians into the platform but this year I decided to reduce the rate of the promotion since in most cases those who I recruit will get tired of blogging and then leave the platform.

This is very discouraging hence this year I ensure I discuss it in-depth with those who want to sign up for the platform and then I tell them all that it takes because they shouldn't see the platform as a money-making avenue instead they should look at the platform as a place they are coming to learn and also share knowledge with others.

Based on that regard, this year I only recruited a few numbers of person some of which are still active whereas others are not active for one reason or the other. The steemians I have recruited that I can remember very well this year are @dave-hanny, @ashezi, @jdkeys, @jasn1 etc.

Among the listed steemians above, I have been privileged to coach them very well but one among them is super active on the platform whereas the others told me that their phones have an issue and that until is completely resolved they can not do anything about it.

As I have said earlier, I select people to talk to them about the steemit platform. I try to check on people who love writing and reading as well. In this generation, the young people don't seem to like stress yet they want to make money hence, I select those who I believe can blog and then I share with them what they need to know about the steemit platform.

As I have said earlier, @dave-hanny is a very active steemian and I always ensure that I guide her through the platform always. She showed some atom of commitment which made me impressed and that is the reason I guide her through.

Few others like @jdkeys also are serious about the platform but he is always busy with other work according to him immediately after he finishes the work ahead of him, will have much time to blog. I also check on him once in a while and encourage him to continue steeming.

For the remaining part of this year, I will be using it to promote steemit here in my locality since I have almost finished the NYSC program that will be elapsing on the 6th of October. Immediately after the program, I will have the full time to recruit and mentor more steemian because that is exactly what they need to keep them active.

Steem promotion is one aspect that needs to be awakened once again. I have plans to hold one of the biggest seminars here in one of the Catholic churches during their youth program, though the date has not been fixed I have already discussed it with the president and they will be including that in the program of the event.
