Hello ladies, @steemwomensclub, home keepers and my fellow steemians. This is my blog and I am writing to participate in this brainstormed contest by @ngoenyi - my applause goes straight to you ma'am for this beautiful contest. I am very positive this will be a life-changing, home-improving, health-bettering kind of contest which will change the world 🎉🙌.

Before crafting out my post, I went through some other entries and so far, I can boldly testify to a change - a positive change to how I perceive my natural environment.

Introduction

So my 5 natural remedies which I learned both from my mom and from the net. I have used these remedies to help myself, my sisters, my boyfriend and friends live better. Big ups to my mom ❤

Ginger tea

Typically, you don't need to brew a tea then add some ginger to it. That's not what it really is.

Preparation

Get some ginger - preferably fresh ginger.
Scrape off the back and cut into small/grate into shreds.
Pour some hot water in a cup and add you ginger.
Cover for a few minutes and you can drink afterwards.

Who can use this remedy?

Since this remedy comes in handy when one feels bloated or "fat" or not relaxed, it can be consumed by the affected person; 2 to 3 cups a day.
For younger ones, supervising is advised so they don't get burnt due to the heat from the tea.

Side effects

I personally feel that too much of a thing isn't advisable so use responsibly. 😉

Scent leaves for an itchy "down below" 😳

There are times when ladies feel itchy down there and it could be because of; toilet infection, sanitary pad reaction, yeast infection etc. Well there is a natural remedy for that, yippee 💃
