Hola querida comunidad, el día de hoy me presento, soy Cristzullys González, tengo 26 años, vivo en Venezuela y actualmente me dedico a perfeccionar mis practicas de cocina. Por eso, esta iniciativa me pareció genial, y más aún cuando se trata de cuidados para mantener un cabello sano y vivo con productos naturales creados y puesto en práctica por nosotras con ingredientes que quizás tenemos en la cocina y no sabíamos en que usarlo, así que hoy me anime a traerles una “mascarilla de linaza”, una hidratación que no contiene gran cantidad de ácidos grasos como Omega 3, lo que favorece nuestra cabellera aportando beneficios de raíz a puntas.

For this reason, this initiative seemed great to me, and even more so when it comes to care to keep hair healthy and alive with natural products created and put into practice by us with ingredients that perhaps we have in the kitchen and we did not know what to use it for. today encourage me to bring you a "flaxseed mask", a hydration that does not contain a large amount of fatty acids such as Omega 3, which favors our hair, providing benefits from roots to ends.

La linaza es una semilla natural, que hidrata y controla la caída del cabello, favorece el crecimiento, previene y repara las puntas abiertas y la hebra quebrada. Lo recomendable es aplicar directamente en el cabello ya sea como gel fijador o mascarilla hidratante, es muy económica, fácil de conseguir y preparar.

Flaxseed is a natural seed that hydrates and controls hair loss, promotes growth, prevents and repairs split ends and broken strands. It is advisable to apply directly to the hair either as a fixing gel or a moisturizing mask, it is very economical, easy to obtain and prepare.

Iniciamos la preparación de nuestra mascarilla colocando las semillas en una olla con una taza de agua. Les sugiero coloquen el agua a fuego alto para lograr la cocción total de la linaza. Dejamos enfriar y colamos. Podemos almacenar el gel resultante en un envase de vidrio o plástico y la refrigeramos, de esta manera puede durar una semana en la nevera. Las semillas si pueden botarlas.

Una vez que tenemos nuestro gel para la mascarilla hidratante temperatura ambiente o refrigerado podemos usarla en el cuero cabelludo y luego de medio a puntas. Dejamos que actue toda la noche y enjuaga la mañana siguiente lavando tu cabellera como usualmente sueles hacerlo, les aseguro no necesitaran sino su champú. Sentirán el cambio con la suavidad, brillo y disminución de frizz. Lo más importante no huele a nada, su aplicación es como si básicamente estuvieran aplicando un gel sin olor al cabello, a pesar de ser muy simple es muy efectiva.

Lo siguiente que debemos hacer es dividir el cabello y empezamos la aplicación. Es importante que se aplique la mezcla por mechones, así tendremos un mejor resultado.

Finalizamos recogiendo el cabello en una sola dirección, colocamos una bolsa plástica o gorro de baño; esto para que el calor active los componentes naturales e hidratantes de la semilla Podemos dejarla actuar por 30 minutos pero lo más recomendable para mayor efectividad es dejarla toda la noche y enjuagar con agua fría

El último paso sería enjuagar con suficiente agua, lavamos nuestro cabello como habitualmente lo hacemos, esperamos que sequé o lo ayudamos con un secador y listo ¡hemos terminado!

Es verdaderamente increíble lo maravillosa y efectiva que puede resultar esta hidratación, el cabello queda más saludable y con un brillo único, después de forzar nuestro cabello con tantos cambios podemos consentirlo con una mascarilla hidratante de linaza, se las recomiendo, espero la usen y me cuente que tal les fue…¡vale la pena lucir un cabello sano e hidratado naturalmente!!
