After school, my friends and I are looking for fabrics for the practice of dyeing batik. I bought it at the Mulya Tex shop which is not far from my school. I went on my motorbike.

Arriving at the store, I saw a fabric that has a good texture and absorbs water. I also asked the seller, which fabric is suitable for making dyed batik.

After looking around, I decided to buy a white cotton mori cloth. The fabric is very nice and definitely absorbs water. I bought a cloth with a length of 2 meters. I want to make a tablecloth with an area of ​​approximately 2 meters. The price of cloth per meter is 25,000 Rupiah. I bought 2 meters and the price is 50,000 Rupiah.

After buying mori cotton cloth for practice, I also bought brocade cloth to add decoration to my clothes to make it look beautiful and elegant. The brocade I chose has a floral print and is rose gold in color. The price of the brocade per meter is 30,000 Rupiah. I bought it 1.30 meters.

After buying cloth, I wanted to buy clothes dye to make tie dye. I went with my friend on foot because the location of the shop is not too far from the fabric shop I stopped before.

The shop where I bought clothes dye was a sewing tool shop. There they provide all the sewing needs to the clothes dye available there. Then I chose several colors of clothing, namely red purple, dark blue, and orange. The price of clothes dye is very cheap sold there. That is 2000 Rupiah per pcs. After buying clothes dye, I also bought ram and embroidery thread to practice embroidery. Later I will share the steps to embroider in the next post.

After buying all the equipment needed, I returned to the parking lot on foot with my friend. Arriving at the parking lot, I took my motorbike and went straight home. Before going home, I took my friend to his father's office. Because his father had been waiting for him at the office.
