Wow thank you for this important guidelines I really appreciate, excercise is very good to our health, although I'm not really active but I won't like to miss a whole week without excercising

Luckily there are so many ways to exercise that sometimes we can do it without even noticing that we are doing it.
My days of running up sweat has long gone past :-)
