My tradition & This Dish

So, I am A Bengali Girl. I live in West Bengal in India. Bengalis are too much foody and also known as cooking expert .

No Bengali program is complete without 'Luchi'. And the kitchen of a Bengali is not complete without 'Luchi'.It is not Poori । Luchi is made with All purpose flour which is called Maida.
We celebrate every special moment or every ceremony with this recipe. And the thing is young to old everybody like this dish .

You can serve it with Bengali special Aloor dum or Chola Dal or with any bengali veg curry . Like today I'm going to serve my traditional dish luchi with our bengali special Aloo Curry / Potato Curry ..whatever you call ....

I really love this combination of luchi with aloo curry. This is my most favourite dish .

It's time to fry.heat oil for deep frying in a kadai .
It should be hot oil.keep the flame medium to high.
Carefully drop the luchi round sheet into the hot oil.the luchi will begin to puff up.

Gently nudge with a spoon to help in complete puffing up of the luchi.
Fry both side .

It will be taken almost 1min . Don't make red brownies fry.

Remove and drain and 'Luchi' will be ready to serve with any type of Curry . But serve it hot 🔥.
