Tener un cabello sano y brillante es el sueño de toda mujer. A raíz de las quimioterapias mi cabello se debilitó, ahora es frágil y muy seco, además de lo poco que tengo, eso debido a que todavía tomo pastillas de terapia hormonal llamadas Anastrozol, por eso hoy les presento una mascarilla natural que siempre utilizo para hidratar y dar brillo a mi cabello, me lo aplica cada dos meses.

As a result of chemotherapies my hair weakened, now it is fragile and very dry, besides how little I have, that because I still take hormone therapy pills called Anastrozole, so today I present you a natural mask that I always use to moisturize and give shine to my hair, I apply it every two months.
Marcarilla de Maizena || Cornstarch Mask
La maizena además de sus usos en la cocina, también se viene utilizando como un maravillo cosmético natural para la piel y el cabello, ya que para este, tiene las propiedades de hidratarlo y ayuda a fortalecerlo, haciéndolo más suave y brillante. Ideal para controlar fácilmente cuando tiene mucho frizz y el cabello enredado.
In addition to its uses in the kitchen, cornstarch is also being used as a wonderful natural cosmetic for the skin and hair, since it has the properties of moisturizing and helping to strengthen it, making it softer and shinier. Ideal to easily control frizzy and tangled hair.
Ingredientes:
- 01 cucharada de maizena
- 1 taza de agua
- 1 cucharadita de aceite de coco
- 2 cucharadas de acondicionador
Ingredients:

- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of conditioner
Preparación || Preparation
- En una olla colocamos el agua y la maizena, la revolvemos y la colocamos en la cocina a fuego lento sin dejar de remover para que no se formen grumos y quede con una consistencia cremosa.
- Put the water and cornstarch in a saucepan, stir and place on the stove over low heat, stirring constantly so that no lumps are formed and the consistency is creamy.
- Ya lista la mezcla la pasamos a un envase y dejamos que se enfríe, luego añadimos el aceite de coco y las dos cucharadas de acondicionador e integramos con una cuchara. El acondicionador ayuda a conseguir una mascarilla aún más nutritiva.
- Once the mixture is ready, transfer it to a container and let it cool, then add the coconut oil and the two tablespoons of conditioner and integrate with a spoon. The conditioner helps to make the mask even more nourishing.
- Ya lista La mascarilla, procedemos a aplicarla en el cabello, Debemos aplicarla de manera uniforme, primeramente comparto el pelo en cuatro partes, uso guantes y una brocha de pintar cabello y voy aplicando capa por capas.
- Once the mask is ready, we proceed to apply it on the hair. We must apply it uniformly, first I divide the hair in four parts, I use gloves and a hair painting brush and I apply it layer by layer.

Ya aplicada la mezcla, me coloco un gorro de baño y la dejo actuar por un periodo de tiempo de 30 minutos.
Once the mixture is applied, I put on a bath cap and leave it on for 30 minutes.
- Transcurrido el tiempo aplico el champú y retiro con abundante agua. Listo
