Warm welcome to all of you , as you all know we are into the 4th season of Steemit Engagement Challenge and here the first week of this season is going on. Today is the second day of this week and now I am going to write about the application that has changed my life. These are related to technology and technology always has its impact on the welfare pf the people and apps which are related to our own interest also increase the level of understanding. So here I will told you about the application which changes my life and has more and more impact still on my life.

As now a days we have seen that people are shifting towards the online way of study and they mostly rely on the website and online searching method in order to clear their doubts. The application which I am going to explain is Quora Application. Its all about the question answer website. Its brief details are given below

Quora Application was founded by the Adam D' Angelo and charlie cheever. This application was started in 2009. The website used by thousands of people every day and month. Quora application is available on both apple store as well as google play store. It's latest version that is available in Google play store is 3.2.7 as I also shows you in the above screenshot.

What does your app do

People are using social media now a days for getting more information about the current affairs. So the most important source of searching and finding the things is internet. In these social media apps people share their ideas , news and other things related to their life. Quora application is also related to social media application where people's are present in the form of community where they share there ideas knowledge in the form of questions and answers.

People who are facing the problems will upload their problems on Quora application in the form of questions and then people start giving answer according to their knowledge.

In the above screenshot it is clear that people click the option of writing the question and after writing they submit the question. After submitting question comes on the front page and here we all have freedom to give the answer of the questions.

There is another option of doing space in the Quora application where people can talk with each other instead of only writing the answer. This is good because sometimes we are unable to understand about the concept through written work and we can easily understand when someone is teaching us in online video mode.

This is the main interface of the Quora application where people share knowledge about the records that forms in different areas of the world and also important information about the world.

We often see that when we search something on Google this also leads us to the Quora application so it means that Quora is vast application and majority of people used this application who are between 18 to 24 and its percentage is about 46%. So in short Quora is an social media application which is used by the community of people to sort out their problems in the form of questions and answers.

How long do you use it per day

As a student of chemistry I mostly search out my problem from different online websites and application. From my experiences of 16 year education I found that Quora is best application to sort out our problems. Next to this I am actually doing MPhil in Computational chemistry and its data is very less in online websites so when I went to Quora application I found that here large amount of data is present about Computational chemistry. So after that I always goes to Quora application and search out my problems.

The most important thing about this application is that there is proper discussion about the problems and we can get proper view and answers about the problems. I often used this app whenever I feel some problem. In a day I used this app almost for 4 to 5 hours. And during my exams and research days I used this app more time. In future I have to do PhD degree in Computational chemistry so I often search these kind of information.

What could you recommend to improve this app

As I have mentioned that Quora application is wonderful app to learn but I have seen that there must be some improvement in that application. I have seen that people gives the answer of the questions in the comments but there is no security of the answer weather it is right or wrong. When someone who is new to this platform and have no knowledge about the question will adopt that answer in same way and this will lead to wrong answer and wrong concept building of that person. So I suggest that there must be a legal action to take so that correct answer should be on the platform.
